A very unique large apple with bright red skin and rich deep red flesh. very firm fleshed, with lightly sweet and tart flesh. Late ripening fruit makes excellent pies and scarlet colored cider. Very showy tree has great fall color. Native to Kyrgyzstan. hardy zones 5-9.
