Got our first fruit this year from these scions. They were absolutely one of our favorites, huge and sweet and vanilla-y. I beg to differ with Fruitwood however in that they are an astringent variety and either have to be treated (as they do in Spain) or just allowed to soften, as we did.Ronni Kern
