A pale yellow medium sized crisp apple with a delicious sweet, semi acidic taste. Good for eating fresh off the tree or making into applesauce or pies. Ripens early in June and July. Originally from Israel, it is very disease resistant, early bearing and produces heavy crops. Excellent for growing in the gulf coast and southern CA regions. This low chill apple requires 350 chill hours and is hardy zones 6-9.
