Excellent hardy leguminous small tree or bush has showy yellow flowers followed by numerous pods containing edible seeds. Makes a great hedgerow for a poultry yard where chickens and other fowl can harvest the plentiful seeds as they fall. Powerful nitrogen fixer improves the soil and is very drought and cold tolerant.
