Attractive silvery-green foliage is highly aromatic with flower topped stems that can reach 3 to 4 feet tall. It is good as a companion plant in the garden, herb border, orchard and mixed pasture. Attracts beneficial insects to its fragrant yellow flowers. It has many traditional medicinal uses, including being a main ingredient in digestive bitters and other herbal concoctions. It is also used in the making of absinthe, vermouth, pelinkovac, and has been used to spice mead and as a hop substitute in beer. Long known for it's worm and parasite suppressing attributes . Very drought tolerant and easy to grow. Cuttings root moderately easy. Hardy zones 4-9.
